Add setting to make sidebar hidden by default

In general settings, provide a setting to have sidebar hidden by default.

Whenever I open a new typingmind chat, I’d like to have the sidebar hidden. I prefer to just focus on the new chat, and the sidebar takes a lot of space on small windows.
