will fork chat from here make it easier to exceed the number of requests?

I use SetApp Typing Mind, and I found the fork chat from here button useful, with frequent usage, I exceed the number of requests set by SetApp.

since the "fork chat from here button " will create a new chat, and it will kind of copy and paste all the conversations, does this mean the new chat will cost the number of requests once again with all the old conversations?
