TMCustom: 1-click switch to backup models for all agents during outage

Across my user base, I offer dozens of agents. When I get a notification of, say, an Anthropic API outage, I'd love to be able to a pull in a preassigned OpenAI model with one click to ensure continuous uptime.(Automated would be even better, but 1 click would represent a huge improvement!)
