Title of the chat as the first message

I would like to name my chats by default as a truncated version of the first message of a first chat. I don’t want to waste my API credits to name a chat with AI nor would I want to keep it the default “New Chat” because navigation is difficult.

In edge cases where first message content is not detected, you can then fallback to “New Chat”
