Team product: prompt sharing by users

Currently admins can add prompts to the prompt library, but there is no way for normal team product users to share useful prompts they have created with each other. It would be very useful for a user from the prompt edit screen to be able to share a prompt they have created and perfected. This would increase the multiplayer/team value of the team product. I have users on our 60-person team who would immediately use this feature to collaborate on their teams.
