Sync modal closes too easily

I found another example where the modal closes too easily. I was trying to set up sync and then requested a code. I checked my email app for the code. When I clicked back on the window to enter the code, I must have clicked outside the modal, which caused it to close itself. I had to start all over again (send an additional code).

It would be good if modals like this didn't close without confirmation.
