Support Azure "Model Catalog" Deployments (i.e., models other than OpenAI)

This request is for integration support for models deployed via Azure Model Catalog. These include many models besides those of OpenAI.

Rationale:

Open-source models such as Llama 3.1 deployed on Azure are already considered state-of-the-art for many tasks. Supporting these models will allow TypingMind users to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities via Azure, the world's largest provider of these models.
