Split chats...
I would like to be able to split chats to separate the context. It is common for me to find my conversation has drifted and the responses sometimes feel (or clearly are) wrongly influenced by stuff earlier in the context window. Being able to split them would avoid having to fork and/or delete a bunch off interactions.

Does the fork chat feature work differ from what you need? Perhaps you can fork the chat, then delete what you don't want from each side.

Tony Dinh sure! At any point in a conversation, click a button to split the context into two conversations. This would allow me to break up extended conversations by topic, making each resulting conversation more focused and with fewer tokens. I currently work around not having it by simply deleting portions of extended conversations one prompt and response at a time (hence my other request for multi-select / delete). Hope that helps.
