Smoother typing animation

Instead of loading chunks at a time, could be cool and fluid to animate it as one char at a time with 0-10ms delays (dynamic), as some other apps do. looks and feels really nice.

just an idea bc it would need to be very performant and not be slower overall than streaming chunks like it currently does. maybe "Typewriter effect" option.
