Smart Auto-Toggle for Model Tools & Plugins

Currently, enabling "Model Tools" like Web Browser or Code Sandbox while plugins are active triggers a conflict error stating that Grounding Search and plugins cannot be used together.

For users managing 15+ tools, manually deselecting every plugin to use a browser tool and then re-enabling them all afterward is a major workflow bottleneck. There should be a way that if any of the Model tools are selected, then other plugins tools should be disabled
