Sidebar chat or Temporary Question

I do not know what to call this feature, but I believe it was recently removed. The feature should be in a menu in the chat similar to “fork…”, but open a temporary chat window. The user can then engage in a temporary chat to clarify or get a quick question answered without it going into the regular chat thread.
