Showing Tags on Agents in overview an new chat

I would like to show the tags for clarity and categorization. I currently do so with the custom code feature, which actually doesnt make sense. but i’ll show you:

Woud be great to have multiple types (and custom settings, which could be themed css for coloring, placing etc).
