Set Plugin Server for Web Page Reader Plugin as Admin

I do not want our users to have to set the plugin server for the Web page Reader plugin by themselves, but would like to set this centrally. Currently, I would have to develop my own web page reader plugin, which seems like a waster given that the plugin is already there and just needs to be slightly adjusted.
