save tokens used by Google Search proposed words

watching the real time tokens cost into chat, it seems this feature you see into screenshot (google proposed results) consume tokens, example during reply generation before this part was loade tokens used was 0.0167, after its appearing the token cost counter became 0.0190.

Could you add an option to deactivate this Google Search feature?
