After TypingMind switched to the Responses API (per recent feature request

When an MCP tool is called, the request sends the output field as an array instead of the required string, which causes OpenAI to reject the request with:

• Severity: High – all MCP tools (Context7, etc.) fail.

• User Effect: No MCP tool can be executed successfully.

• Regression: This worked before the Responses API change.

• Observe the API error in the UI or dev console.
