Replace file in Knowledge Base

Once I have uploaded a file to the Knowledge Base, it would be useful to be able to replace that file with a newer version. Currently if you upload a file with the same name as a file currently in the Knowledge Base, it creates a file with a duplicate name. I would prefer that it prompt me to replace the existing file or create a new file with a different name. Alternatively, if one could select a file and then execute a “replace file” command, that would address my need as well.
