prevent / fix error when switching devices and convo had images

when you have a chat started on a device and use images, but don't sync images to cloud, and continue the convo on another device the following error is thrown: This chat contains some attachments that are not available on this device. To continue this chat, please remove those attachments first. This happens because you started this chat from another device with the attachments and chose not to sync those attachments to the cloud. Note that if you continue the chat on this device, those attachments will be removed from the other devices too.

If i mananually remove the images and say replace it works, why not give the option here to give only a warning (images are missing) and be able to add to conversatiuon text only to at least continue convo.
