Persistent thread-level context size

the context size you set for a chat gets reset if you move away or switch between chats.

please retain the context size per chat. different context sizes are useful for different threads.

it would be superb if it was stored in the existing IndexedDb for that chat

    Now, context limits/parameter settings are saved individually for each chat!
