Overhaul BROWSE AGENTS Search functionality

The current "Browse Agents" functionality is utterly insufficient for quick and efficient agent access and management. It lacks a clear overview of agent access per user, name, category (group), tag, plugin used, model used, etc.. This is hindering effective access control.

Additionally, the absence of cross-search functionality, which would allow combining various search criteria, severely limits our ability to manage agent updates and quickly locate specific agents.

Add 1st level Agent Overview Selector - 3 choices:

• TypingMind agents

• My Agents

• Market Place Agents (to come?)

Add 2nd level Agent Overview selector - Search bar with filter functionality:

• Search by name

• Search by category (group)

• Search by 'available for' (user email)

• Search by tag

• Search by plugin used ?

• Search by model used ?

ex.: When My Agents is selected in 1st level, only my agents will appear in the 'by category' dropdown menu to be available for selection.
