option to stop all previous pluggins except last only

While waiting for artifact-like render panel, can we have option to STOP ALL BUT LAST / ACTIVE canvas/HTML output/iframe running in the same thread.

Perhaps a button under each rendering panel (start/stop) to avoid slowing down computer…
