I'm experiencing intermittent errors when trying to use the OpenRouter models, specifically with deepseek/deepseek-r1-distill-llama-70b:free. The model is returning the following error:

'No endpoints found that support tool use. To learn more about provider routing, visit: https://openrouter.ai/docs/provider-routing'

This error occurs intermittently when attempting to use the model. Could you please investigate why the DeepSeek model endpoints are not being properly accessed through the OpenRouter integration?
