I took a look at the Roles section in the admin panel. Nearly all of the options are to give full access to something.
We have customers from different organizations using the same environment. It would be awesome if we could get more nuanced role-assignment options in the Roles and Permissions section.
For example, I would love to create a role for organization admins where they can decide which agents to give their users but only their users -- not impact any other organizations' settings.
This would be a next level value-add, as the closest thing to role-based access on the customer side is the Groups feature, and it would be challenging to scale while only using that.
