Yep - me too! We would like to be able to associate API keys to user accounts in TM Custom, so that individual users can top up their ChatGPT account as they seem fit.

This would be great. In particular, to be able to have a different OpenAI API key for each profile, so we can for example have a work API key and a personal one, and switch between them.
