Multiple models as default model and as bouquets

I often use multiple parallel models, usually in two different groups of models: one configuration for easy things (with a fast model on the left and a good model on the right), the other for hard things (with only multiple top expensive models).
However, it’s bothersome to recreate them every for every single chat.

It would be great to have:
- the ability to create groups of models (bouquets) and the ability to select them just as one single models can be selected
- the ability to set a bouquet as the default model too
