Managed Plugins servers

I would like to see a managed plugin server if possible, so I don't have to setup my own and get it always up to date from typing mind.

It doesn't need to be free, perhaps as part of the cloud storage fee or as an addon.

In addition, I would like to see image generating plugins as well, so if I upload an image, it should be able to use some other model or api to generate new images as requested.
