Lower cloud space tier and custom lifespans

I see largely disproportionate the 10$ per month upgrade to 1 GB:

I WILL NEVER, EVER, PAY THAT AMOUNT FOR CLOUD SYNC. NEVER. Period.

So I miss an cheap tier to upgrade to just a little more space. 1$ per 100 Mbytes would be the sweet spot for me, but even for 50 Mbytes I could consider upgrading as long as the price is not over 1 $. Otherwise, I will stay on the free storage option forever.

I also miss more flexibilty regarding what to keep or dismiss. Particularly, I would like to be able to set a default lifespan for chats. For instance, 3, 7, 15 or 30 days. Then, I would like to "star", "highlight" or "mark" certain chats—or even folders—to disregard the lifespan and be kept for as long as they are marked. That would allow to make the most of the space available.

    Thank you for the feedback. Our cloud server do a lot more things than just storing the data, that's why it is priced that way.

    I agree 10MB to start is too low and $120/year is too high. I discovered TM searching for a way to control my AI service costs. But I already pay for 1TB on MS, 100GB on Google, and a comparable amount on Hetzner hosting. I could see the value if personal Knowledge Base and/or the upcoming code runner was included!

    also, similar idea: starring, or marking to include in sync (rather than sync every chat everywhere)

    I agree that upgrading to 1 GB is very very expensive,
