Login System or Restore After Cloud Sync

This might seem obvious, but how come there is no login option?

For example, if the cookies expire, or if I switch over to incognito mode on Chrome, or if I try to login on my mobile… I have no way to login again and restore my settings.

There is an option for cloud sync, which I can use to login and restore but doesn't work without providing a license key again.

I already have a license key… I just want a way to switch to another device or after clearing the cookies, to login seamlessly without having to look for licenses and stuff. Login with email, receive the OTP and then automatically sync from cloud to interface, without anything else required.
