Allow admin to review chat logs by all users to understand use cases, detects issues, and retain model/adjust prompts to better handle user queries.
As a plus, the ability to filter chats by user, by AI characters, or simply doing a search for specific keywords in all chats (e.g. is the chatbot responding to "Return and refund" requests correctly?
