Install MCP from JSON (TM cloud connector)

Currently we can add MCP via json under MCP settings which will be severed under plugin labelled as MCP.

Here can able to use local or remote server not typingmind cloud server.

And it's legacy to show under plugin.

Have better MCP management with all different transport type.
