Inherited Project Instructions Across Nested Folders

Currently, project instructions exist in isolation — each folder only knows about itself. It would be great if child folders could inherit and layer instructions from their parent, like: Home > Work > Project A > Subproject A1, where each level builds on the context above it so you never have to repeat yourself within every project instruction.
