Improved Tagging Features

Add a "Tags" section in Settings to enable:

1) Tag Creation & Deletion: Provide an overview of all existing tags, allowing users to easily create new tags or delete existing ones

2) Tag Renaming: Allow users to rename existing tags.

3) Tag Color Customization: Allow users to change tag colors using a true color picker that supports Hex code input (see also: https://typingmind.canny.io/feature-requests/p/true-color-picker-for-sidebar-color).

4) Automated Tagging Rules: Allow users to define rules for automatic tag assignment based on specific criteria, such as keywords in chat content.

5) Tag Usage Statistics: In the tag overview (point 1), display the number of chats associated with each tag in parentheses next to the tag name (e.g., "Tag (27)" instead of just "Tag").

    At least allow us to delete the unused ones please

    Like Google Mail (Gmail) Labels, Tags are more powerful and useful than folders, because they are non-exclusive. While I like Folders, and not advocating for them to be removed, I think more attention on Tags development is in line with building a powerful system of managing Ai conversations.
