Improved Tagging Features

Add a "Tags" section in Settings to enable:

1) Tag Creation & Deletion: Provide an overview of all existing tags, allowing users to easily create new tags or delete existing ones

2) Tag Renaming: Allow users to rename existing tags.

3) Tag Color Customization: Allow users to change tag colors using a true color picker that supports Hex code input (see also: https://typingmind.canny.io/feature-requests/p/true-color-picker-for-sidebar-color).

4) Automated Tagging Rules: Allow users to define rules for automatic tag assignment based on specific criteria, such as keywords in chat content.

5) Tag Usage Statistics: In the tag overview (point 1), display the number of chats associated with each tag in parentheses next to the tag name (e.g., "Tag (27)" instead of just "Tag").
