Improve UX for "@" feature in chat message
it's annoying bc if u need to use @ (especially in mobile), you you get sent to some weird dialog thing and when u exit it, your keyboard goes away and just destroys your flow and u have to open the textbox and keyboard and try to get back to where you were

It would be great to be able to disable the ‘@’ popup feature in settings - I use this symbol quite a bit (e.g. when asking about java / scala attributes in questions) and it always surprises me when the popup appears 🤣
