Go back to reselect a primary branch with consistent context

Currently, this will give a conflict context. I mean, say:

1) A parallel message

2) Select and Show replies from GPT-5

3) Another (parallel) message

4) Replies based on the prev replies from GPT-5.

Now, if I go back to 2) and select another branch, say from Gemini, and continue the conversation, the context will be a mix of two distinct branches.

In this case, following that post means, if I go back to 2) and select another branch, a fresh (say, Gemini) branch without 3) and 4) should be created.
