freezes on load

when u load the app and u start typing, u get like a word in and then it freezes. u can see that it is because the sidebar is loading all chats. (it goes from blank to filled after). can that be optimized. it is painful on every load to get a jarring freeze when typing

i have about 4.5k chats (most of them archived). i stopped archiving them bc tm has a bug with it but thats not the point of this particular issue.

maybe dont try to load everything if the sidebar is closed (and allow loading the chat w it closed?)
