Ability for Administrator to monitor and manage Shared Links by users

Enable administrators to monitor and manage shared links created by users, with access to metrics such as sharing duration and views. Allow administrators to set a maximum duration for shared links as a platform-wide policy, with the ability to access, delete, resend, and renew tokens for shared discussions.
