FR01 - Monitor User Action and Feedback

Integrate a user action and feedback monitoring system into the chat interface:

• capture explicit user behaviors such as thumbs up/down, feedback comments, document types, context lengths, text block copy-pasting, chat scrolling, forks, and parameter changes,

• with logged actions accessible in the admin panel's chat logs.
