Find last 3 requests

I am currently managing several projects, each with various folders and structures. When creating a new post, it is often challenging to determine its exact location. Additionally, if you navigate away accidentally or for any other reason, retrieving it can be difficult. It might be beneficial to display the most recent five posts at the top. The current setup can feel quite confusing and overly complicated. Perhaps this is just my experience.
