API keys are now encrypted, opt-in via the Encrypt API checkbox. Cloud storage by default offers data encryption in transit and at rest. For E2E cloud storage encryption, we will focus on making it possible to use the user’s own cloud storage (S3, Google Drive) via extensions, which offer greater flexibility for the same development effort.

Please also sync API keys encrypted for all plugins and for OpenAI and all other AI models, Then we only have to enter the license key of TypingMind and the encryption password on a new device and we do not have to enter all API keys again as well, then the cloud feature makes sense especially over our own storage.

Would really appreciate this feature, will make me use TypingMind more knowing everything is e2e encrypted.

And, if implemented, I would love to even have the OpenAI API key synced. We are syncing API keys anyway through plugins..
