Differentiate among multiple mcp from same provider

I have connected with notion mcp using with my two different notion account.
Now i cant know which mcp belongs to which account.
can we have account username also displayed along as tag.
we can have edit mcp option to rename the mcp to our wish, if needed.
also please have mcp and plugin rearrange option
