Detached Document Generation: AI-to-Deliverable in One Click (Beyond Chat Clutter)

After my "Deep Research" request became a reality (60 upvotes → new plugin), I'm doubling down - here’s a new feature request for @Tony Dinh:

A "Professional Document Mode" within TypingMind that transforms AI outputs from embedded chat responses into standalone, client-ready deliverables, similar to how it works within Claude app (attached GIF).

This would be the evolution of the current Canvas mode, where AI conversation and outputs are mixed.

This feature would eliminate post-conversation formatting, enabling the AI to:

• Auto-generate titled documents with AI-suggested names (e.g., "Q4 Strategic Roadmap", "AI Governance Audit Report") or user-defined titles, separated from chat history.

• Apply professional formatting with structured sections (executive summary, headers, bullet points, tables) using predefined or custom templates—no manual copy-paste required.

• One-click export to multiple formats (PDF, Word, Markdown) with optional branding (logo, footer, colors) for white-label client delivery or internal presentations.

• Track document versions tied to conversation history, showing edit trails and allowing rollback to previous iterations without losing context.

• Integrate with connected data sources (MCP servers, uploaded files, web research) to pull dynamic content directly into the structured output.

• Enable collaborative review with shareable links, comment threads, or approval workflows for team-based document refinement before final export.

The goal is to help professionals, consultants, executives, and teams who need polished, trust-building deliverables—eliminating the 30-60% time wasted on reformatting AI outputs for business use. This transforms TypingMind from a chat tool into a complete professional document powerhouse for high-stakes decision-making and client engagement.

Why This Matters: Currently, AI outputs like strategic analyses or diagnostic reports stay trapped in chat threads (see example: governance audit mixed with prompts).
