CR10 - Token Usage Analytics Expansion

Expand the admin panel's token usage analytics to include detailed reports on token consumption by each model, including custom models, with filter options for time periods

Ability to export data in various formats, as well as retrieve estimated costs based on admin-configured input/output costs.
