Confirmed working on Haiku 4.5 — "Extended" produces ephemeral_1h_input_tokens correctly in responses.
One ask: could the docs explicitly state "Extended = 1h cache TTL"? The UI label alone isn't obvious, and I nearly built a custom proxy before finding the setting. Thanks for the great work!
