Claude 2.0 | 2.1 with Plugins

Forgive my ignorance if this isn't easily doable, but would it be possible to implement plugins into the Claude model? Such as browsing support, image-generating support, etc. I think it'd make Claude a lot more plausible and arguably more powerful.
