As a workaround, you can add GPT-4 as a custom model, then name it however you want.

we should maintain access to the gpt-4-1106-preview in the selection options Many discussions on Reddit, along with my personal experience, highlight issues with the latest turbo model, suggesting it may have bugs.

+1 gpt 4 turbo should be mapped to gpt-4-turbo-preview to ensure its always using the latest model
