Cannot Export to Print/PDF

I cannot export my chats to PDF format or to be printed. Just a few weeks ago this was possible, but now the feature is broken. On Windows, the print/PDF dialogue window opens but all model responses are removed; only my prompts are visible. On iPadOS/iOS, the print/PDF dialogue window attempts to open but immeditely fails and closes. This is a huge drawback; being able to export chat records is a great feature.
