Better Knowledge Base Organization + Edit Folders/File Names

It would be amazing to have improved folder and file organization in the knowledge base. The ability to create subfolders, group various data sources under the same folder, and, most importantly, rename folders and files would make an incredible difference. Right now, having to re-upload an entirely new file just because the name changes, or staring at a long, meaningless URL string and trying to recall what it represents because I can’t name it something meaningful, is incredibly frustrating. This feels like a straightforward update and would solve so many headaches.
