Auto generate title should skip training data

When using characters with training data such as Pro Coder, the training data is used to generate the title instead of the actual content.

With Pro Coder, all titles are variations of the following:

"Extracting Audio from MOV to MP3 with FFmpeg and Node.js Assistance"
