Auto Continue: Use of tools and MCP

Currently the chat gets paused too many times when it needs to use tools or MCPs, I got to keep toggling back to the window to get it to continue.

I propose that:
1. Add 1 more button: “{{Auto Continue}}
2. a setting that we can turn on at Agent level to enable auto continue without asking
