Artifacts support like with Calude

Something like Claude's Artifacts please.

Here's how it differs from Interactive Canvas plugin:

• canvas is just a plugin and gets recalled and also regenerated (new one every time)

• artifact is one special side pane which is collaborated upon, rather than a new version of it being appended in the chat flow

• artifacts would be like if there was one Canvas plugin on the side of the side that persisted and updated, rather than new multiple canvas's being pulled in
