Amazon Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry support for Deepseek

Looks like the TypingMind team already supports Bedrock. Although the popular Deepseek is an open-source model, its primary hosting provider is a Chinese company, which raises data-security concerns for company use and personal use. In addition, the official Deepseek API services have been very inconsistent and have been down for nearly a week (refer to status.deepseek.com). We therefore request support for a Bedrock-hosted Deepseek solution in TypingMind’s personal services, offering both data security and reliability.
